"JOHANN CARL Heinrich Lindner was born at BurrumButtock on 14th October, 1870. He Carried on farming at Springvale, BurrumButtock, where he lived for 54 years. On 21st February, 1895 he was Married to Elisabeth Knobel. This was a double Wedding at Walla Walla, at which Pastor G Simpfendorfer officiated. Lindner bRother and sister Married Knobel bRother and sister. Unfortunately there appears to be no photo for the Wedding group. He died at Melbourne on 20th May, 1946 and she died at Albury on 20th August, 1962. Both are buried in the Bethel cemertery. There were five children from this Marriage, 3 sons and 2 daughters."
