Note	Rock Springs Daily Rocket-Miner, Sep 24, 1988 SOPHIE BERNICE MCINTOSH Services for Sophie Bernice McIntosh were conducted at the Vase Funeral Chapel. The Rev. K.E. Gustafson of the Holy Communion Episcopal Church officiated. Her body was taken to Salt Lake City for cremation. Mrs. McIntosh, 63, of 1325 Sage St., Rock Springs, died at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 17 at Memorial Hospital of Sweetwater County where she had been a patient since Sept. 11. A longtime resident of Rock Springs and former resident of Superior, Mrs. McIntosh died following a lengthy illness. She was born on Jan. 3, 1925, in Superior, the daughter of Lawrence and Katie Kawarcinski Zelinski. She attended schools in Superior and was a retired secretary. Mrs. McIntosh was a member of the Episcopal Church. Survivors include her mother, Katie Zelinski of Rock Springs; two sons, Morgan McIntosh of Savannah, Ga., and Richard McIntosh; one brother, Edward Zelinski of Challenge, Calif.; one sister, Mrs. Duke (Irene) Clarke of Rock Springs; seven grandchildren; one great-granddaughter and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. McIntosh was preceded in death by her father and one son, Larry, who died on Dec. 24, 1983.
