I Thomas Allen Sen. of the County of Cole and State of Missour
i of sound mind
although weak in body and not long expecting to live
desirous of disposing of the estate with which God has blest m
eaccording to my
will do hereby declare and publish this as my last will and test
ament
in the first place I resign my body to the dust and my soul to G
odand my wish
is that after my death my body sHall be buried in a decent chris
tian like manner
I dispose of my worldly goods as follows
my just debts areto be paid first out of my personal estate i
f it sHall be
sufficient for that purpose
I will to my wife Pemela all my land and the two negroes Ambros

Caroline Also all my household and Kitchen furniture all my stoc
k of every
kind, tools, etc. to her and her use and benafit during her lif
