Francis graduated from the Utah State University andworked f or many years as a civil engineer with Farmer's Home Administrat ion designing culinary water systems in Utah and Idaho. They tr aveled a lot living in Roosevelt, Utah, Brigham City, Utah and S tantaquin, Utah where they retired, building a beautiful home an d doing land scaping which is the hobby they enjoy. He was a n active member in the Church, serving as a bishop in Duchesne , Utah and in the High Council. He was also a temple worker i n the Provo Temple. Hazel taught school in Ballard Elementary a nd while They were the parents of 5 children: Jeanette (Mrs. Jam es Brough); Therald F: Neil K: Larry D and Loreen (Mrs. Dougla s Miller). Francis passed away 13 Nov 1984 in Santaquin, Utah a t the age of 74. The funeral was in Santaquin and he was burie d 17 Nov 1984 in Kaysville, Cemetery.
