Bee it know unto all men by these presents that I Anthony Mors
e --- of Newbury being sick & weake of body but of perfect memor
y desir here to make my last will andTestament comending my sou
le unto the hands of my blesses Redemer, and my bosy to the dus
t from whence it was taken in an assured hope of a blessed resur
rection, & do here dispose of my worldly goods as followeth
Impris. I giveand bequeth unto Mary my wife my goods & cattl
e & appoint her to be the soleexecutrix of this my last wil
l & testament and to have the house and all my land in her posse
sion untill my son Anthony shall be of the age of one & twenty y
ears, and he my said son Anthony shall live with her untill he b
e eighteen yeares of age, & then I would have him put to learn
e a trade, And if my wife shall change her condition then my sai
d son when he is of the age of ane and twenty years shall have m
y house Barne Orchard & all my land & freehold for himselfe & he
irs forever, paying to his three brothers viz. Joseph John & Pet
er; ten pounds a peice, & to his sister mary ten pounds when the
y shall be of the age of one & twenty years but if my said wif
e mary shall not marry againe she shall have the said house & la
nd she shall have the said house & land in her possesion until
l my said son Anthony shall marry, and then the saidhouse and l
and to be divided between them during my wives life & after to b
e wholy to the use of my said son. Anthony, And then when the ho
use & land shall come wholy unto his hands then within four year
s after he shall pay theabovesaid, and also pay to his sister E
lizabeth forty shillings at the Day ofher marriag: And I also g
ive to my daughter Elizabeth aforesaid her owne mothers apparrel
l. and I desire that my son Joesph may be put to learne a trad
e that is I desire he may be a Tailor; and for my debts & funera
l to be discharged by my Executrix this is may last will & Testa
