Jasper Riddlesdale was born in Boxford,Suffolk,England around 14
90. He married Elizabeth. He was a husbandman (farmer) who als
o dealt in selling clay and gravel. He was involved in Church a
ffiars being a Church warden and arranging "Church ale's" (socia
l gatherings). He and his wife had eleven children.
