Information
a) He lived at 6 Longfield Terrace, York when he married. He lived at 14 Sycamore Terrace, York when he died.

b) He was the youngest child of Bartolozzi Veale and Sarah Ann Matilda Veale (nee Andrews). Bartolozzi had 11 children (5 boys and 6 girls) of which 2 boys (William and Bartolozzi) appear to have died during childhood.

c) Charles Vosper committed suicide at 14 Sycamore Terrace, York - “poisoning by carbon monoxide. He not being of sound mind did kill himself”. According to what I remember being told (eventually) by my mother, Hilda he had “money problems”

d) The family grave in York Cemetery holds Charles Vosper Veale and his wife (Sarah Ellen Veale), their daughter, Sarah Doreen Veale and Roger McElheran their grandson - second son of Joseph Samuel McElheran and Hilda McElheran (nee Veale).
