Ottawa Citizen - April 1, 1958 - R.A. Shouldice Robert Albert Shouldice of Aylmer East, died in hospital Sunday after a short illness. He was 60. Son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Foster Shouldice, he was born and educated in Rupert, Quebec. He farmed in South Hull until 1947. At the time of his death, Mr. Shouldice was an employe of the Ault Kinney Real Estate Company. He was a member of the Holiness Movement Church, Eddy Lodge, AF and AM, No. 41, Hull, member of the Christian Businessmen's Association and member of the Aylmer Church Men's Association. In 1923 he married the former Ella Jean Vipond. He leaves besides his wife, two sons, Ross of Sudbury and Beverley of Aylmer East; two daughters, Mrs. John Nesbitt (Betty) and Mrs. Barry Boyes (Dorothy); three brothers, Ellsworth and Stanley of Aylmer East and Edward of Galt; three sisters, Mrs. Gail Kennedy of California, Mrs. Wyman Cross of Cascades, Que., and Mrs. Walter Moffatt of Aylmer East, and six grandchildren. The body is ar the Veitch-Draper Funeral Home, 453 Parkdale Street, where the service will be held Wednesday at 2 pm, Rev. A. Moors and Rev. S.W. Woodland officiating. Interment will take place in the Mountain View Cemetery. |
