'NEWS FROM.', Recorder, 14 Feb 1938, p. 3 Late Mr. T. Davies Mr. Thomas Davies, of Jetty road, Largs Bay, a former Wallaroo resident, died after a long illness. He was 69 years of age. For many years he man- aged branches for Elder, Smith, and Go. at Wallaroo, Broken Hill, and Port Augusta, and had resided at Largs Bay for about 13. His wife, formerly Miss Florence Isabella Bowman, died about three years ago. Miss Hannah Davies, of Wallaroo, is a sister, and Mr. L. Davies, Bank of Adelaide, Tumby Bay, is a son. The funeral left his late residence for North Road Cemetery, Rev. R. Woodger officiating. |
