Dean is a trooper and died trying to live on July 1, 2008.
He was born October 5, 1953 in Salt Lake City. He married Karla Nadine Monsen in the Salt Lake Temple on May 20, 1977. He worked for the Federal Reserve Police Department/Sergeant/Shift Lead for 24 years with the best friends ever. "I'm Sergeant Dean'O!" Dean always had a smile and was loved by everyone. He loved his wife, kids, grandkids, family, his dogs, old movies, antique cars, hiking, mountains and his Jeep/CUONTOP. Dean loved to sing and listen to the oldies. Dean loved life!
Survived by his wife, Karla, children; Troy (Haley), Cody, Ricki (John) Astin, Kendal, Gam'pa to Kayden, Javien and Beau, parents, Wayne C. and Norma, brothers, Scott, Bryce and Chris.
Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, July 8, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. at Larkin Sunset Gardens Mortuary, 1950 East 10600 South. Friends may visit on Monday from 6-8 p.m. and one hour prior to the Services.
