ELKO--Irwin Vance Madison, 45, a lifelong resident of Wells, was pronounced dead on arrival Wednesday at Elko General Hospital. He was born March 1, 1925 in Wells. He joined the U.S. Navy in 1943 and after discharge in 1946, went to work for the Southern Pacific Railroad in Wells. He was later employed by Four-Way Service... A funeral service will be conducted Saturday at 10 a.m. at the Wells Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Burial will be in the family plot of Starr Valley Cemetery. |
