Note	FIRTH RESIDENT DIES IN UTAH (Special To The Post Register) FIRTH, September 30--Florence Hacking Dye, 47, Firth, mother of seven children, died at a Salt Lake City hospital Monday after a long illness. She had undergone brain surgery several weeks ago. She was born May 1, 1914, at McGrath, Alberta, canada, to Henry Franklin and Martha Elnora Wilcox Hacking. She came with her parents to Archer as a child, where she lived until her marriage to Warren E. Dye of Firth, June 30, 1943. She attended the Archer schools, Idaho State College, the McCune School of Music in Salt Lake City and an educational college in Colorado and taught for several years in schools at Murlaugh, Ririe, McCammon, Sunnydell, Shelley and Firth. She is survived by her husband, seven children, Roger, Martha, Jay, LaNell, Joyce, Myrna and Julie and three step-children, Mrs. Marvetta Brock, Mrs. Leatha Bromley and Robert Dye, all of Idaho Falls; Also six brothers, Frank and Bryce of Pocatello; Donald of Salt Lake City; Marion and Kenneth of Archer and Thayne, of Bakersfield, California. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Firth LDS Ward Church under the direction of Nalder Funeral Home, Shelley. Burial will follow at Firth Cemetery. The family will received friends at the Nalder Funeral Home from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday and until time of services Friday.

FIRTH, September 30--Florence Hacking Dye, 47, Firth, mother of seven children, died at a Salt Lake City hospital Monday after a long illness. She had undergone brain surgery several weeks ago.

She was born May 1, 1914, at McGrath, Alberta, canada, to Henry Franklin and Martha Elnora Wilcox Hacking. She came with her parents to Archer as a child, where she lived until her marriage to Warren E. Dye of Firth, June 30, 1943.
