Note	South Jordan, UT-John Dean Spratling, age 85, was reunited with his sweetheart on May 3, 2018, in South Jordan, Utah. John was born on June 24, 1932, in Murray, Utah to Allan Benjamin Spratling and Agnes Florentine Meyers. He married Janice Richins on April 20, 1953. John was a successful farmer, a friend to everyone. He was hard working. He loved hunting, fishing, and being outdoors. John is survived by his daugthers Sherrie (Jeff) Glissmeyer and Sandra (Perry) Jones, and son John Brent (Cathy) Spratling. He was preceded in death by his wife Janice, his parents and a sister Maureen. The funeral service will be held on Friday, May 11, 2018, 11 AM at South Jordan, 6th Ward, 2556 West 9800 South, South Jordan, Utah. The viewings will be held at the South Jordan 6th Ward on Thursday, May 10, 2018 from 6 to 8 PM and 9:45 to 10:45 AM prior to the service on Friday.
