Also at the same address were Rose, who arrived in America in 1907, she sailed from Liverpool on 19th September, on the SS Tunisia, arriving in Quebec 27th September with her 2 children, Dorothy, and John. Thomas Barrow is not listed at that address. In 1920, Thomas and Rose Barrow were in Forest, Genesee, Michigan with their children, Dorothy May then aged 15, John then aged 13, plus Alice E aged 7 and Kathryn E aged 5. The 1930 Census taken on 13 May found the Barrow family living in Flint, Genesee, Michigan. They were homeowners with a house valued at $7000. Thomas, then aged 48 was a fitter in the Auto Industry, Rose aged 47, John aged 23, a Buffer in the Auto Industry, Alice E aged 18 and Kathryn aged 15.
