'1.- Bequeaths all assets to Thomas Bruce Swinhoe, his executors and
administrators. These were to be invested in securities or otherwise to
pay for the maintenance Of his wife Jessy Swinhoe and the children.
After her death the sum to be administered between the children in equal
shares.

2.- The sum Of sicca rupees fifty thousand was to be used as his 1st
marriage settlement. He asks his daughter Matilda from his 1st marriage
to forgo that sum and come in under the will with the 2nd wife Jessy
Swinhoe and children

3.- Thomas Bruce Swinhoe and Jessy Swinhoe to be guardians Of the
children

4.- Forbids his wife and children to question the correctness Of the
running Of estates, securities, by Thomas Bruce Swinhoe.
