Note
|
Amy State Registered Nurse, Redlands Hosp, Reading 1914-19. Worked as a District Nurse. SRN. Nursed George Good and this caused uproar locally when she later married him. Lived latterly, sharing house in Holyport, Berks, with her widowed sister Dorothy Westbrook. Amy died 10 days after Dorothy. Amy was blind by then. Amy's and Dorothy's Wills went round in circles leaving all eventually to the one remaining sister Ada Cox. |
