1636 Education Thomas Pickford son of George Pickford of Adlington, Cheshire matriculated at Brasenose College, Oxford University 27 May 1636 aged 18 (as a curate Thomas is likely to have attended university and no other university records for Thomas Pickford yet found) He could also be the son of Edward Pickford. If so he was baptised in about 1640. Edward had twin daughters and twins ran in the family. |
