Eurydice was an Illyrian princess and later a Macedonian queen, after marrying the king Amyntas III of Macedon. She was mother to four children: Alexander II, Perdiccas III, Philip II, all of whom would be crowned kings, a daughter Eurynoe andthrough her son Phillip, the paternal grandmother of Alexander the Great. |
